a bit of pepper
200g of a soft canadian feta cheese
(naturally, you can change the amount depending on your taste)
a pinch of oregano
the omelette is made in a "bain marie". You will need a whisk, a pot and a metal bowl.
Pour some water in your pot and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, break up the chunk of feta into the metal bowl. When the water is boiling, put the bowl on top of the pot and mash the feta until it melts.
add the spices and the eggs.
beat the mixture until smooth.
